BRB For You
What kind of support do you offer for individuals?
We offer personalised, evidence-based mental wellness support via text or video therapy. If you’re new to therapy or prefer a slower pace, text therapy can be a great way to start. For a more involved session, video therapy offers deeper engagement and face-to-face interaction.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, burnout, grief, or just need someone to talk to, our therapists are here to support you—on your terms.
How can I stay anonymous during my sessions?
Our services allows you to talk with a licensed mental health professional online while maintaining your anonymity. This means that you don’t have to share any personal information such as your name or address.
Feel free to use a pseudonym to ensure your privacy while receiving the support you need.
Lastly, be rest assured that everything shared during your sessions will remain confidential. Our team of certified mental health professionals are bound by and adheres to strict confidentiality agreements and privacy laws, ensuring your privacy is always protected.
What can I expect during my session?
During your session, you’ll receive professional counseling and support through our secure online platform or app. You can choose between text- or video -based support based on what feels most comfortable for you.
Typically, a session begins with your mental health professional discussing your current concerns, personal history, and preferred treatment options tailored to your unique needs.
Each session is personalized, so experiences may vary. Rest assured, you can expect to recieve compassionate and professional care aimed at enhancing your mental health and well-being.
What if I’ve never tried therapy before?
That’s okay. BRB was designed to make therapy more approachable, especially for first-timers. Text therapy can be a gentle starting point, and we’ll guide you at every step.
How do I book a session?
BRB Kids
What is BRB Kids?
BRB Kids offers play-based and creative therapy programmes that help children build emotional awareness, resilience, and social skills. Designed by therapists, it’s a safe space for children to explore their feelings through art, storytelling, and play.
Who is it for?
Our programmes are designed for children aged 4–12 who may be navigating stress, big emotions, or changes in their environment (e.g., school transitions, family shifts).
What happens during a session?
Children participate in fun, guided activities like sensory play, drawing, storytelling, and role-playing. Every activity is therapist-led and tailored to their developmental stage.
Can parents participate too?
Yes, our sessions are designed with parent-child bonding in mind. We also provide tips and toolkits to help you continue emotional conversations at home.
How do I know if my child needs this?
BRB Kids Explorer
What is BRB Kids Explorer?
It’s an outdoor-based programme that supports children’s mental and emotional health through nature play, mindfulness, and exploration. Think fun scavenger hunts, journaling, sensory walks—led by trained therapists.
Why nature-based therapy?
Nature reduces stress, builds focus, and supports emotional regulation. BRB Kids Explorer helps children slow down, observe, and connect—with themselves and the world around them.
What age group is this for?
We currently offer nature programmes for children aged 5–12. Activities are age-appropriate and therapist-guided.
What should my child bring?
A water bottle, hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, and comfortable clothes for moving around outdoors. We’ll send a checklist before each session.
Is it safe for all children?
Yes! We risk-assess every activity and ensure safety is prioritised. If your child has special needs, let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
